Ian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Central Connecticut State University. He spent a large amount of his youth in Connecticut and New York. After graduating high school in 2004 he made the decision to move to New York and start his real estate career. After establishing himself as a top real estate agent in New York City, Ian relocated to Philadelphia to be closer to his family.
